We can add the filter for users and teams in the mapping section -> Productivity rules

The goals feature is great, but it should have the option to set up department wise. Also the automated email report for Goals should also be triggered.

There should be an alert triggered to the admin, manager, and employees if the user is not punched in according to the shift timing. You already have the option to add grace period. If the user is not punched in after the grace time then send an email alert

As per the global standard policies we360.ai should keep the admin activities logs.

We are looking for an integration with KeKa HRMS. Usecase - The punch in punchout to be done from Keka and we360.ai stealth mode is running in the employee system. With the integration of both platforms we will check the punch logs and working hours of keka and verify with Online, Active, Productive time of we360.ai on a daily basis

It will be helpful if we input monthly/weekly/ hourly/Min Salary structure if your software can produce final salary payable will be very much helpful. and More convincing both for employers and employee.

Allow user to raise a ticket of his own issue from his login everytime admin has to do it Its very time consuming.

Please create the feature for roster management instead of shifts, because if the employee has rotational shift it becomes problem to calculate the activity.

Every system has loopholes and hence prodcitivity report should be matched with timely completion of work in a given time frame and hence you should create a report which will match productivity and timely completion of task/ work assigned in a given time frame .Most important you should also have a system to track employees mistakes or errors in task/ work assigned and this report should have a marking system so as to track how many mistakes or errors were done by an employee on a given date,period or task/work/project

I found that some of my users put pins or small objects in the mouse or keyboard. This shows their active time as well as 90% up. Additionally, some employees continuously press two different keys at the same time in order to cover their active time. Because for this small idea as above your whole system can't work in proper way or can't able to create correct report. It will good if you can do something for this like " if any employee found anonymous key press continuously, or their keypress is higher on the same button, then alert shows anonymous key press detected"

In earlier version of my zen shows active time and break time and total hours where as new my zen v2 showing the punched time only . for example whenever the user has facing the power interuption daily have 2 or 3 interval period user difficult to measure the offline time. we require to display offline time after second time log in the user. so that they can able to extend their shift with out loss of productivity. please do the needful at your end

Pls. add a new alert to let the user know how much break they have a left and hear an alarm when the break starts to run out.

Mapping URLs in productivity rules is time consuming. It would be more efficient to allow bulk edits (e.g., map multiple URLs to a single category at one time). If it's not possible via the web interface, then allow unmapped URLs to be exported so we can map them via a spreadsheet. Then we would import them into We360.

In our company a lot users work in different time-zones. So when we pull up reports we see that there is discrepancy in the time worked by the employees. So I request you to give an option to give reports with time and date pulled from one single time zone.
