I found that some of my users put pins or small objects in the mouse or keyboard. This shows their active time as well as 90% up. Additionally, some employees continuously press two different keys at the same time in order to cover their active time. Because for this small idea as above your whole system can't work in proper way or can't able to create correct report. It will good if you can do something for this like " if any employee found anonymous key press continuously, or their keypress is higher on the same button, then alert shows anonymous key press detected"

Though you have daily reports for break what i think that we should be able to have a consolidated monthly break report in which summary of all break time can be analysed as daily monitoring of break time across employees is difficult.Similarly consolidated monthly idle time report showing details of app,url or application where employee was idle and in detail report datewise and for how much time and on which application,url,or app

Currently Productivity% is being calculated based on online time only which can be anything from 1 hour to 50 hours. % should not be calculated based on online availability of member but the desired hours of work we need from them which is statis - 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. we need to make this change at backend at earliest as currently we cannot share report to anyone because of wrong calculation.

Hey Team, The chrome extension needed a login and pasting the key process on a daily basis and this looks very tedious process. Can we have the auto punch in option in the Chrome extension as same available in the MyZen standard app.

The goals feature is great, but it should have the option to set up department wise. Also the automated email report for Goals should also be triggered.

There should be an alert triggered to the admin, manager, and employees if the user is not punched in according to the shift timing. You already have the option to add grace period. If the user is not punched in after the grace time then send an email alert
