When a team member types and clicks anything to keep the session active (Productivity Alert) -

When a user (e.g., a departing employee or recruiter) is deactivated in the Admin Portal, an automated email notification should be sent to the user's registered work or personal email address. The email should include an uninstallation link and instructions to remove the We360.ai agent from their device. This feature will help ensure timely uninstallation of the application, especially in cases where employees do not cooperate during the exit process. It will also reduce situations where former employees return months or even a year later requesting assistance with uninstalling the software.

Please add a Permission feature to the Leave Request module to enable tracking of employee permission hours separately from leave.

Please add an Active Time column/filter to the Monthly Attendance Report. Currently, the report displays only Working Time and Online Time. Including Active Time will provide better visibility into employee productivity. Additionally, if possible, please include a date-range filter for generating attendance reports for custom periods.

Please enable keyboard arrow key navigation to browse employee screenshots, in addition to the current mouse-only navigation. This will improve usability and make screenshot review more efficient.

Those who avoid micromanagement but just want to keep track of task in Projects

It will be helpful if we input monthly/weekly/ hourly/Min Salary structure if your software can produce final salary payable will be very much helpful. and More convincing both for employers and employee.

Please create the feature for roster management instead of shifts, because if the employee has rotational shift it becomes problem to calculate the activity.

Allow user to raise a ticket of his own issue from his login everytime admin has to do it Its very time consuming.

Employees should get alert for new task assigned to them. Similarly report should be how many tasks or project work is pending or completed and how many task or project is crossing the given deadline and reasons for delay and most important admin should have provisions to extend deadline whenever required.

End User not able to access the URL which is blocked by Admin

Hello Team, There are few requirements that we want to be incorporated. Location should be captured for all employeesWe should be able to export a location report for all employees both daily and monthly.We should be able to limit the employee login to office premise only and only selected employees can login from different locations. Just as VPN works. We can enable and disable the location limitations as per the requirements. Regards, Sanchita

I found that some of my users put pins or small objects in the mouse or keyboard. This shows their active time as well as 90% up. Additionally, some employees continuously press two different keys at the same time in order to cover their active time. Because for this small idea as above your whole system can't work in proper way or can't able to create correct report. It will good if you can do something for this like " if any employee found anonymous key press continuously, or their keypress is higher on the same button, then alert shows anonymous key press detected"

Mapping URLs in productivity rules is time consuming. It would be more efficient to allow bulk edits (e.g., map multiple URLs to a single category at one time). If it's not possible via the web interface, then allow unmapped URLs to be exported so we can map them via a spreadsheet. Then we would import them into We360.

We use stealth version and having an issue in Activity/Productivity calculations that if a user is not active on machine during lunch time or break time and accidently or intentionally leaves Wacom pen on top of the pen tablet then both activity + productivity gets recorded as full as 99%-100% while there was not a single mouse click or key press during that whole time. Pen tablets can be easily misused like many other mouse jiggling tricks available across the internet or Youtube. I think this can be resolved by any of these fixes: Either adding an alert rule option to alert the Admin if any user is doing such mouse jiggling tricks. Like when there are no mouse clicks or key presses but only the mouse movement is recorded by the app for more then 5 or 10 minutes.Or the app should not count that time as Active or Productive but Idle when only the mouse jiggling/movements are recorded. It will be even better if the user's timeline shows it with Red or any other alarming color so Admin can notice it the same day and inform that user to avoid doing it in near future.
